- You have to know about complete knowledge of your property like:
- Title of Property (sale deed, lease deed, GPA,etc)
- Freehold or GPA
- Complete chain of your property
- Market Price of your property
- Municipal corporation house tax receipt.
- Area of property ( Super Area and Carpet Area)
- Nearby by amenities like hospital, school, railway Station, Bus Stand, Local Market, etc.
- If there is any dispute in your property in this condition you should be clear all position to second party before taking any financial step.
- You should know facing of your property like north south and other facing
- Fix your asking price it should be negotiable.
- If more then one seller of property in this case all seller should agree to sell
- Know about circle rate of property
- Clear about payment terms
- Mention Common area if flat and others
- Do not handover original Property documents before registered sale deed
- Carry all property papers (original and Photostat) at the time of sale deed
- Mention all payments you received you against property in sale deed
- Read carefully all points before you sign sale deed and others legal documents.

- Plumbing Structure
- Wooden work
- Reserved parking condition
- Water connection
- Any damage in rooms bathrooms and other building area
- Check condition of roof
- Check ventilation in all rooms, bathrooms and kitchen.
- Kitchen is more important part in home check all things like wooden work, ventilation, sanitary work and others
- Balcony area is spacious or not. Is it good for sitting and walk?
- Parking area is reserved or not
- Check Sewerage condition
- Check pollution certificate.
