  1. First, It is very important to know that second party is fully interested in your property.
  2. Before giveing your property on rent it is important to clear all facts about your property with second party.
    • Area of your property (like super area or carpet area.)
    • Mention nearby amenities like hospital, school, bus stand, metro station, air port, local market, area market, etc.
    • mention it is fully furnished, semi furnished, ?
    • decide rent of your property that you will ask. (it should be negotiable)
    • Show all electrical, plumbing fittings to second party. It should be on running condition.
    • mention complete details of property like numbers of bedrooms, drawing room, bathrooms, balcony, kitchen, guest room, servant room , etc.
    • Check following details about your tenant.
      • Aadhar card
      • Background of family members.
      • Permanent residential address
      • Job profile
      • About his last residence
      • No. Of family members

Police verification should be done without fail.
Make rent agreement with all terms and conditions.
Lock in period mention in rent agreement.
Clearly mention rent due date
Period of rent agreement should be clear.

Before you search any Flat or home for residential purpose, Kindly check the following things properly.

  2. Decide your space requirement like 1 bhk, 2 bhk, 3bhk, 4 bhk, etc.
  3. Decide your preferable Area.
  4. Your requirements like Ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor or more hight with lift or without lift.
